Terms and Conditions

Offer Duration: The Summer for two promotion is available from 11 November 2025 for a limited period of approximately 4 months, concluding on 28 February 2026, unless extended or replaced with a new seasonal offer. P3 Recovery reserves the right to modify, extend, or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.

Offer Overview: Sign up for a 6-month Essential Membership and receive 1 free month for yourself and 1 free month for a friend.
Each free month is valued based on your centre’s current Essential Membership rate ($35, $39, or $49 per week).

1. Membership Type
This promotion applies exclusively to the Essential Membership – 6-month fixed term.
Other membership types are not eligible for this offer.

2. Free Month Pass
Each free month is valid for one individual only and cannot be transferred, shared, or exchanged.
The free month for your friend begins on the date of their first session and remains valid for 30 consecutive days.
Free months cannot be paused, extended, or reissued under any circumstances.
The friend’s free month must be activated within the first two months of the main membership term.

3. Membership Term and Payments
The Essential Membership is a 6-month fixed-term commitment.
Memberships are billed on a weekly payment cycle following the initial one-month free period.
Memberships cannot be paused, extended, or downgraded during the 6-month term.
A minimum 6-month commitment is required to access promotional benefits.

4. Cancellation Policy
The Summer for Two membership is a fixed-term contract.
Members who choose to cancel before the end of the 6-month term will be required to pay the remaining balance of the contract.
Early cancellation fees will be waived only under the following verified conditions:

Medical: A doctor’s certificate confirming a condition that prohibits the use of recovery services.
Relocation: Proof of permanent relocation outside the service area of the member’s local P3 Recovery centre.
If the membership is cancelled early without meeting these conditions, all promotional benefits — including free months — will be forfeited.

5. Non-Refundable
All purchases under the Summer for Two promotion are final. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued.

6. Eligibility
Offer available to new members and returning members who have not held an active membership in the past 6 months.
Members who have cancelled a P3 Recovery membership within the last 2 months are not eligible for this promotion.
Limit of one Summer for Two membership per person.
Participants must be 16 years or older.
Offer valid at participating P3 Recovery centres only.

7. Availability
This offer is subject to availability at participating centres.
Access to specific recovery therapies and facilities may vary by location and is provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

8. Non-Combination
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or packages unless explicitly stated by P3 Recovery.

9. Compliance
All participants must adhere to P3 Recovery’s membership policies, booking procedures, and health and safety guidelines.
Non-compliance may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.

10. Right to Modify
P3 Recovery reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end the Summer for Two promotion at any time without prior notice.

11. Liability Waiver
By participating in this promotion, members release and hold harmless P3 Recovery, its franchisees, employees, and affiliates from any claims or liabilities related to the use of this offer or participation in recovery sessions.

12. Agreement
By purchasing or activating the Summer for Two membership, members confirm they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
