The Recovery Starter Stack promotional offer is available from 1 March 2026 for a limited period of six (6) months, concluding on 31 August 2026, unless extended, replaced, or withdrawn earlier.
P3 Recovery reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
Offer Price
The Recovery Starter Stack price is determined by the Essential Membership pricing at the participating centre.
• Centres with a $39 per week Essential Membership: Starter Stack price is $69
• Centres with a $49 per week Essential Membership: Starter Stack price is $89
Pricing is location-specific and may vary between centres.
Pass Inclusions
The Recovery Starter Stack includes 10 consecutive days of unlimited access to P3 Recovery’s Essential recovery therapies (subject to availability).
Included access:
• Compression Therapy
• Infrared Sauna and Traditional Sauna (where available)
• Contrast Therapy Pools and Ice Bath
PLUS: One (1) Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy session (Red Light Bed Session where available)
IV Therapy and other premium modalities are not included in this pass and may be booked separately at standard member or casual rates, subject to availability at participating locations.
Validity Period
The Recovery Starter Stack is valid for 10 consecutive calendar days from the date of purchase.
The validity period begins immediately upon purchase and cannot be delayed or adjusted.
All access and inclusions must be used within this 10-day period unless otherwise specified in the membership conversion terms below.
Unused days or sessions will expire at the conclusion of the 10-day period.
Terms of Use
A. The pass is strictly non-transferable and may not be shared.
B. The pass cannot be paused, extended, refunded, transferred, or exchanged.
C. All sessions must be booked in advance via the P3 Recovery app or directly through the local centre.
D. Access is subject to centre operating hours and session availability.
E. The included Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy session (Red Light Bed Session where available) must be used within the 10-day validity period unless the participant converts to an Essential Membership within the eligible timeframe.
F. By purchasing or redeeming the Recovery Starter Stack, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
G. P3 Recovery management reserves the right to amend or cancel this promotion at any time without notice.
20 Session Challenge Incentive
Participants who complete 20 or more sessions within the 10 consecutive day validity period may be eligible to receive one (1) week free when converting to an Essential Membership.
To qualify:
• All 20 sessions must be completed within the 10-day validity period.
• Conversion to an Essential Membership must occur during the 10-day period or within three (3) days following expiry.
• The bonus week is applied to the first billing cycle only.
• The bonus week is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
P3 Recovery reserves the right to verify attendance records prior to applying the bonus week.
Eligibility
• Offer valid for first-time P3 users only.
• Strictly limited to one Recovery Starter Stack per person.
• Available at participating P3 Recovery locations only.

Offer Overview
Eligible customers who complete the Recovery Starter Stack and convert to an Essential Membership during the 10-day pass period or within three (3) days of expiry may receive:
• One (1) week free on commencement of their Essential Membership; and
• One (1) additional Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy session (Red Light Bed Session where available) (subject to the conditions below).
This offer is designed to support continued recovery and encourage routine. It applies exclusively to new Essential Membership sign-ups.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify:
• You must have purchased and activated a valid Recovery Starter Stack.
• You must sign up for an Essential Membership during the 10-day period or within three (3) days of expiry.
• The offer is limited to first-time Essential Membership sign-ups only.
• The offer cannot be transferred, deferred, or combined with other membership promotions.
Hyperbaric (Red light Bed where available) Incentive & Roll-Over
Each Recovery Starter Stack includes one (1) Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy session (Red Light Bed Session where available).
Upon converting to an Essential Membership within the eligible timeframe:
• If the original Hyperbaric session (Red Light Bed Session where available) has not been used during the 10-day period, that session will carry over into the new membership and must be used within fourteen (14) days of membership commencement.
• If the original Hyperbaric session (Red Light Bed Session where available) has already been used during the 10-day period, the new member will receive one (1) additional Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy session (Red Light Bed Session where available) as a conversion bonus. This bonus session must be used within fourteen (14) days of membership commencement.
Hyperbaric sessions (Red Light Bed Session where available) provided under this promotion are:
• Non-transferable
• Not redeemable for cash
• Not exchangeable for alternative modalities
• Subject to availability
Unused sessions will expire after the applicable 14-day period.
How The Free Week Works
• The Essential Membership may be queued to begin immediately following the conclusion of the Starter Stack if purchased during the pass period.
• The first week of the Essential Membership will be free. Standard weekly billing will commence in the second week of membership.
• The minimum membership term begins after the free week has concluded.
Key Membership Terms
A. Membership Term
• A minimum two (2) month commitment applies following the free week, in accordance with standard Essential Membership terms.
• Cancellations require fourteen (14) days written notice and may only be submitted after the minimum term has concluded.
B. Direct Debit & Activation
• Direct debit details must be completed at sign-up.
• No payments will be debited during the free week.
• Regular billing begins automatically once the free week concludes, unless written cancellation is received in accordance with membership terms.
C. Suspension Policy
• The free week cannot be paused or suspended.
• Suspension options apply only once the paid portion of the membership begins and must align with standard membership policies.
D. Membership Conditions
From the commencement of the free week period, all Essential Membership Terms and Conditions apply, including policies related to conduct, booking access, cancellations, and facility use.
E. General Conditions
This offer may be amended, extended, or withdrawn at any time.
